Çok defa klise, katedral, tapınak gördüm ama Sagrada Famila kadar heybetlisini görmedim. Bazilikanın yapımına 1882 yılında başlanmış, 1883 yılında ise ünlü Mimar Antoni Gaudi devralmıştır. 170m yüksekliğindeki devasa kuleleri Barselona`nın her yerinden görünür. Şehri simgeleyen en önemli yapı olan Sagrada Familia`nın yapımı hala devam etmektedir. Bir rivayete göre Antoni Gaudi bazilikanın kulelerine bakarken tranvay çarpması sonucu hayatını kaybetmiştir. Bazilikanın içersini görmek için 15€ karşılığında bilet almalısınız, gitmeden önce internetten bilet almanızı tavsiye ederim, çünkü çok fazla talep olduğundan gişedeki biletler hemen tükeniyor. Ziyaretçilerin rahat dolaşabilmesi için gün içerisinde belli sayıda ziyaretçi kabul ediyorlar.
