Submarine Turkey’ şirketinin yaptığı açıklamaya göre, Antalya kıyılarında bulunan Sıçan Adası açıklarında özel olarak hazırlanan dalış rotasında, dalışseverlere hizmet edecek olan 48 kişi kapaziteli Nemo Primero, günde ortalama 6 dalış yapabilecek.

Hürriyet’te yer alan habere göre; Submarine Turkey, IHS Travel ve Touristfly Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Yunus Emre Yavuzyiğit, turistik denizaltı Nemo`nun uzun dönemli bir proje olduğunu hatırlatarak, “Yola çıktığımızda yalnızdık, sektöre öncü olmak ve arkamızdan geleceklerin daha iyi şartlarda yol almalarını sağlamak için çok emek sarfettik. Projeyenin ilk zamanlarında  Nemo Primero bir metal yığını halindeydi, ama ülkemiz bugün sivil denizaltı sahibi olan 7 ülkeden biri” diyerek açıklamasına devam etti.

Nemo Primero’nun Türkiye’nin ilk turistik gezi amaçlı  denizaltısı olduğunu belirten Yağuzyiğit, Nemo  ile Türkiye kıyılarının, sualtı zenginliklerinin daha iyi görüleceğinin altını çizdi. Yavuzyiğit, “Diger Hedeflerimiz arasında Türkiye’nin denizaltında bulunan zenginliklerinin daha iyi kullanılması ve tanıtılması da var.
