ERKEN REZERVASYON İÇİN UYARI

Bakanlık erken rezervasyon kampanyalarıyla tatil planı yapacak vatandaşların mağduriyet yaşamaması için tüketicilere uyarılarda bulundu.Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı, erken rezervasyon kampanyalarıyla ile ilgili tüketicilere uyarılarda bulundu.

BAKANLIK YAZILI AÇIKLAMA YAPTI

“Bakanlığımız himayesinde 8-11 Aralık 2016 tarihleri arasında 10. kez düzenlenen Travel Turkey İzmir Turizm Fuarında “9. Erken Rezervasyon Kampanyası”nın 2017 yılı lansmanı da gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kampanya ile yabancı ziyaretçilere sunulan ucuz tatil imkanlarından vatandaşlarımızın da yararlanabileceği algısının geniş kitlelere yayılması amaç edinilmiştir. Kampanya, Bakanlığımız ve turizm sektöründeki ilgili meslek örgütlerinin katkılarıyla halen devam etmektedir.

Önceki dönem kampanyalarda olduğu gibi 2017 yılı turizm sezonunda da vatandaşlarımızın yoğun ilgi göstereceği düşünülen erken rezervasyon uygulamasının, sağlıklı yürütülerek tüketici mağduriyetlerine meydan verilmemesi büyük önem arz etmektedir.

2017 yılı erken rezervasyon kampanyasının devam ettiği bu günlerde, yasal zorunluluğunun yanı sıra tüketici mağduriyetlerinin yaşanmasında önleyici etkisi olan zorunlu sigortanın yaptırılması ve tüketicilerin bilgilendirilmesi önemli bir husustur.

Bu kapsamda, yurt içi ve yurt dışı tatil planı yapacak olan vatandaşlarımızın mağduriyet yaşamamaları açısından aşağıdaki hususlara dikkat etmelerinde yarar görülmektedir.

– Kaçak faaliyetlerin önlenmesi ve işletme belgeli seyahat acentaları aracılığı ile tatil planlamasının yapılması amacıyla tüketicilerin, Bakanlığımız internet (www.kultur.gov.tr)
sayfasında bulunan “seyahat acentası arama ekranı”ndan yararlanmaları yerinde olacaktır.

– Tüketiciler, satın aldıkları paket tur karşılığında fiyat değişikliği, sözleşmenin asli unsurlarında değişiklik, turun iptali, sözleşmenin eksik ifası veya feshi gibi durumlarda hangi haklara sahip olduklarını gösterir sözleşmeyi seyahat acentası ile mutlaka imzalamalı ve sözleşmenin bir suretini seyahat acentasından talep etmelidirler.

– Paket turlar “zorunlu sigorta” kapsamında olduğundan tüketiciler, adlarına düzenlenecek “paket tur zorunlu poliçe sertifikasını” turun başlangıcından önce seyahat acentasından istemelidirler.

Bu hususlar, tüketici mağduriyeti oluşmaması için, Bakanlığımız tarafından Türkiye Seyahat Acentaları Birliği’ne de (TÜRSAB) iletilmiştir.
